Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru „Morgeot Vignes Blanches“

jedno z "velký tří" bílých vín obcí Cote-de-Beaune, člen svaté trojice. Elegantní středně žlutá barva. Široký nos, některé vyšší tóny, ale ne tak docela amplitudy nebo hloubky asi 2004 Chassagnes. Chuť je bohatá a příjemně jemná, s vysokou koncentrací ovoce. Víno je vyzrálé, komplexní a sofistikované, s hloubkou a charakterem.

… Chassagne-Montrachet is an enigma. It is thought of as one of the "big three" white wine villages of the Cote-de-Beaune, a member of the Holy Trinity. They are mature, complex and sophisticated with depth and character. There are ripe yellow and green fruits, good spice and perhaps a touch of fleures blanches.
